In November 2021, PlayQuest was thrilled to complete the playground and spray park for Versailles Park in the City St. Albert, Alberta. As the park is located near Fire Station No. 3, it was a natural fit to create a firefighter theme throughout.
The playground and spray park features rubber surfacing throughout, one of the first accessible playgrounds in St Albert. The spray park is the first water feature to be built in the city in over 26 years. This non-recirculating spray park uses potable water that is carried through the splash pad and into the City’s sanitary system. It’s activated on-demand, so water only runs when people are actively on-site – reducing the ecological footprint.
